The United Nations High Commissioner for Refuges (UNHCR) report that the people living in areas controlled by the Bosnian government are getting much less food aid that those in Croat and Serb held areas is most scandalous and outrageous. Australian Prime Minister , Paul Keating should either reveal the names of ‘ senior opposition politicians ‘ in Malaysia who had received tens of thousands of Australian dollars of bribes from the Australian Secret Intelligence Service or he should take responsibility for the preposterous allegation and tender a public apology to senior Malaysian opposition politicians whose reputation and integrity had been besmirched by such an allegation. The statement by the United States President , Bill Clinton , that the Western allies were unable to agree on whether to carry out air strikes in Bosnia , and that neither NATO allies nor the UN Secretary – General bputros Boutros-General backed the use of air power at this time is the latest example of the abysmal failure of international and moral leadership by the West and the United Nations.
