Last year , the united Nations designated the Bosnian Capatil , Sarajevo and six other mainly Muslin enclaves in Bosnia , such as Srebrencia and Tuzla , as “safe areas” to be protected from strangulation by Bosnian Serb Forces. The disclosure on Wednesday by MPPP councilor, Dr. Goh Ban Lee that the MPPP on October 28 , 1994 had reclassified the heritage buildings along Jalan Sultan HAmad Shah into category Penang Public knew about the decision. As a result , the operation of the MBF office which has authority from Bank Negara to start on 8th December 1993 had been postponed.
