Ting Chow Peh is only helping the housing developers at the expense of the house buyers in his warning that house-buyers given keys of houses but not CFs will be committing an offence if they move into the houses

Ting Chow Peh is only helping the housing developers at the expense of the house buyers in his warning that house-buyers given keys of houses but not CFs will be committing an offence if they move into the houses.

In the past few days, the Minister for Housing and Local Government, Dr. Ting Chew Peh, has created utter confusion, uncertainty and anxiety among the ordinary house-buyers with his warning to house buyers that they, would be committing an offence if they move into houses, although the keys to the houses have been handed to them by the housing developer, but without CFs. DAP welcomes the call by Denq Xiaoping to all exiled Chinese dissidents to return to China to help in reforms with promise of no reprisals.

It has been reported that in his first major speech to be distributed to Communist Party members for more than two years, Deng Xiaoping urged those exiled Chinese, “no matter what their political views and what else they have expressed in the past”, to return to China and promised reprisals. DAP supports the establishment of a Chinese Independent Secondary School in Pahang

DAP supports the establishment of a Chinese Independent Secondary School in Pahang.

There are at present 75 Chinese primary schools in Pahang, with an average of 26,000 pupils who complete their Standard Six every year. In the sixties, Pahang had eight Chinese Secondary Schools, but they were all converted into government schools. The extension of the three-year Special Low Cost Housing Scheme to nine years till end of Sixth Malaysia Plan shows that the Housing Ministry is probably the most incompetent and inefficient Ministry in the Feder¬al Government.

The Minister for Housing and Local Government, Dr. Ting Chew Peh, announced in Port Dickson two days ago that the Federal Government’s Special Low Cost Housing Programme (SLCHP) would be extended for another five years till the end of the Sixth Malaysia Plan so that more people in the

Has the KGN been exempted from submitting an EIA report for the 400 ha land reclamation project at Tanjong Tokong?

The Koperasi Gabongan Negri Pulau Pinang (KGN) chairman, Datuk Haji Shamsuri Mohamed Salleh, said in today’s press that KGN-PDG Holdings Sdn. Bhd. a KGN subsidiary, is expected to finalise the conceptual plan of its 400 ha land reclamation project in Tanjung Tokong in two months time.
