DAP letter officially sent to Datuk Lee San Choon, Dr. Lim Keng Yaik, Tan Sri Ong Kee Hui and Datuk Samy Vellu to invite all MCA, Gerakan, SUPP and MIC, Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Parliamentary Secretaries and MPs to join with all DAP MPs to move a motion in Parliamnet to condemn UMNO Youth Leader, Haji Suhaimi Kamaruddin, for extremist and chauvinist speeches seriously undermining national unity.

I have received complaints and representation by members of KOOP KOSATU

Call on KOOP KOSATU Chairman, Tee Ann Chuan, to explain whether it is true, and if so why, KOSATU accounts for 1978, 1979 and 1980 have not be audited and KOSATU AGM have not been help since 1979

I have received complaints and representation by members of KOOP KOSATU accounts have not been audited, as required by the Co-operative. Ordinance 1948 for the years 1978, 1979 and 1980, and that KOOP KOSATU had not help Societies its annual general meeting, as required by its by-laws, since 1979.

I have made preliminary investigations into the activities of KOOP KOSATU which clearly indicate that the Chairman of KOOP KOSATU Tee Ann Chuan is duty-bound to give its members and the public a full accounting of KOOP KOSATU activities. As the first step, Tee Ann Chuan should explain whether it is true, and if so why, KOOP KOSATU accounts for 1978, 1979 and 1980 have not been audited, and KOSATU AGM Annual General meetings have not been help since 1979. DAP welcomes Registrar of Companies warning on the law of prospectus and calls on all purchases of holdings shares from companies which have no prospectus to report to the Registrar or any DAP official protect their investment

I welcome the warning by the Registrar of Companies, Encik Zulkifli bin Mahmood, on the law of prospectus requiring every application form of shares to be accompanied by a prospectus to protect the public from being swindled, and his advice to the public to be wary when subscribing for shares. DAP invites MCA, Gerakan, SUPP and MIC to jointly sponsor a motion in Parliament to condemn UMNO Youth Leader, Haji Suhaimi, for this extremist and chauvinist speeches which seriously undermine national unity.

Although top UMNO leaders had said that despite its being a party of the Malays, UMNO also looks after the other races, the fact remains that every time the UMNO and UMNO Youth hold their General Assemblies, the task of nation building of the different races in Malaysia suffers another setback because of extremist demands and speeches.
